Terms and Conditions – Stakes Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Stakes platform in any capacity — whether through the website at stakes.vin, the Stakes mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms apply to all users of the Stakes platform, including visitors who browse without registering. • You must not have previously been excluded or banned from Stakes or had an account closed due to a violation of these terms.
• You must ensure that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you personally.

Stakes does not make any representation that access to the platform is legal or appropriate in every location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of Stakes is lawful in your specific circumstances. Stakes shall not be liable for any consequences arising from use of the platform in locations or circumstances where such use may be restricted.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Stakes account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other identifying detail — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. This information must match the payment account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Stakes will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login details secure. Stakes reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of account access and a hold on pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the Stakes platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Stakes supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets as deposit methods. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is always displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, it will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed before confirmation.
• Stakes does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment gateway.
• If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Stakes reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard fraud prevention measure. Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name will not be processed under any circumstances.

To be eligible to withdraw, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification and confirmation that your payment details are in your own name. Stakes may request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method, typically ranging from a few hours to one business day.
• Stakes does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Bank or wallet charges from your payment provider are outside Stakes' control.
• Stakes reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending completion of ongoing verification or investigation.
• Funds deposited via a particular method may be required to be withdrawn back to the same method up to the original deposit amount.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.

6. Betting Rules

Bets placed on Stakes are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are available within the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on Stakes.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Stakes does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except as provided for in specific sport rules (for example, certain in-play bet types).
• If an event is cancelled or postponed without being rescheduled within 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned at the original odds.
• Stakes reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, technical fault, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are set at Stakes' discretion and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• In-play odds are updated in real time. Stakes accepts no responsibility for bets placed at incorrect in-play odds caused by connection issues or delays on the user's end.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, slow data feeds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in bet voidance and account suspension.

Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals, and bilateral series involving Pakistan — are covered under specific cricket betting rules, accessible within the sports section of the platform. Football, Esports, and other sports have their own rule sets which override the general rules where there is a conflict.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Stakes offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. Each offer carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, as specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Stakes reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process after wagering requirements are completed.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, hedging, or any systematic method designed to produce guaranteed profit regardless of outcome is prohibited. Stakes may cancel bonuses and void related winnings where abuse is identified.
• Stakes may require additional verification before awarding or allowing withdrawal of bonus-related funds.

Where a user holds multiple active bonuses, the order in which they are applied to bets is determined by the platform's internal logic and displayed in the user's bonus wallet section. Stakes does not guarantee that all active bonuses can be completed simultaneously.

8. User Conduct

By using the Stakes platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other users and the platform itself. The following actions are expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the outcome of any event or market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to another person.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financially unlawful activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Stakes support staff or other users.
• Providing misleading or false information to Stakes at any point during the account lifecycle.

Stakes operates monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, suspicious account activity, and potential fraud. Where such activity is identified, Stakes may place a hold on the account, request additional information, delay withdrawals, or permanently close the account. Any funds identified as being associated with fraudulent activity are subject to forfeiture.

9. Responsible Gaming

Stakes is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. We firmly believe that betting should always be a form of entertainment for adults who can afford to participate and who maintain control over their activity. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be activated through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set amount of time spent on the platform during a single session.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Stakes platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Stakes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a competent authority.
• Providing false information at registration or during the verification process.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, the balance will be returned to the payment method on file. Stakes will provide written notification of account closure via the registered email address where possible.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting Stakes support. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are resolved.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Stakes platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service reliability, Stakes does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or delays outside of Stakes' direct control.

• Stakes is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Stakes' total liability to any individual user in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Stakes is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
• Stakes does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, scores, statistics, or other sports data displayed on the platform, and accepts no liability for bets placed based on inaccurate data where such inaccuracy was caused by a third-party data provider.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
